5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). nustatgame reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. nustatgame reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where nustatgame has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
5.5 All transactions on nustatgame are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). nustatgame is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
6.1 nustatgame offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are detailed on each promotion page. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in all wagers.
6.3 nustatgame reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn after it has been credited to your account, any wagering already completed toward the bonus requirement will be honored.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns, use of multiple accounts, or any other method deemed abusive by nustatgame will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

10.1 nustatgame provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, nustatgame disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 nustatgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
10.3 nustatgame's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15.3 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through nustatgame's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
